We want all of our customers to be thrilled with our dog beds. That’s why we offer a consistent, 30 day return policy for all of our products. If after receiving a product you decide you do not want to keep it, please return it within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping charges). Please let us know why you are returning it. We can only accept 'new', unwashed, unused items for return and refund.

If you find a manufacturing defect please Contact Us for a replacement or a refund. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to be sure you are satisfied, which is why we offer this dog bed return policy.

For a return shipping label (using the same box you received the order in) Contact Us or email: info@allnaturaldog.com Return shipping costs are subtracted from your returned merchandise credit at our reduced shipping rate, when we supply the return label.

All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. A credit or refund will be issued in the same manner tendered (minus shipping charges). 

Please note that custom sized products are not returnable, so please measure carefully.
